　　深圳大学2021年第二批公开招聘教师72名,报名截止至2021年4月30日，现将有关事项公告如下：

　　一、聘用岗位及待遇

　　I.PositionandRemuneration

　　本年度招聘岗位及具体要求见《深圳大学2021年第二批引进教师岗位计划表》(见附件1.以下简称《计划表》)。

　　InterestedpartiesareinvitedtorefertotheShenzhenUniversity2021SecondRoundTeachingPositionRecruitmentPlanforcurrentopenings(seeAttachment1.hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Plan”).

　　本年度招聘的教师岗位实行预聘-长聘管理制度，部分岗位实行全职授课教师管理制度。预聘-长聘制教师岗位要求应聘者35岁以下，学校急需引进或特别优秀的应聘者可适当放宽年龄要求。预聘-长聘制教师相关待遇如下：

　　Teachersrecruitedthisyearwillbesubjecttothetenuretrack,andsomepositionswillbesubjecttothemanagementsystemoffull-timeacademicfaculty.Tenure-trackfacultyapplicantsshouldbeunder35yearsold.Theagerequirementswillbeappropriatelyrelaxedforurgently-neededtalentsandapplicantswithparticularlyoutstandingqualifications.Remunerationfortenure-trackfacultyisasfollows:

　　1.实行年薪制，根据应聘者的经历及业绩，提供具有竞争力的薪酬和科研启动专项经费;特别优秀的应聘者可纳入学校人才项目培养，享受相应待遇，具体按学校相关政策执行。

　　二、应聘者条件及要求

　　1.符合本公告及《计划表》规定的资格条件。

　　2.应聘者所学专业须与计划表中岗位要求专业一致;所学专业须与职位规定的学历层次相对应。

　　3.年龄及工作经历计算截止时间为2021年4月30日。

　　2.ApplicantsshouldhaveanacademicbackgroundinrelateddisciplinesasspecifiedinthePlanandhaveobtainedthelevelofeducationintherequiredmajorasstipulatedinthePlan.

　　2.报名方式：登录深圳大学人才招聘平台(网址：http://zp.szu.edu.cn/，建议使用360极速浏览器或谷歌浏览器)，使用邮箱注册账号，收到激活邮件并激活，登录系统后在招聘岗位页面可以查看所有开放的岗位详细信息，点击“申请岗位”，完善简历信息并提交。每位应聘者最多可以申请三个岗位。具体报名方式请参看《教职工招聘系统操作手册(应聘者)》(附件2)。

　　2.Applicantsshouldusethee-RecruitmentsystemofShenzhenUniversityathttp://zp.szu.edu.cn/forapplicationsubmission(itisrecommendedtouse360speedbrowserorGooglebrowser).Thestepsareasfollows:

　　四、面试

　　IV.Interview

　　由各单位面试专家组综合应聘者学历背景、工作经历、学术成果、发展潜力等因素，提出拟入围面试名单。面试名单经学校人事工作教授委员会审核确定后，由各单位组织面试。面试将考察应聘者的思想政治、学术水平、科研能力、教学能力等综合素质。具体面试方式、时间、地点等，由各单位另行通知，各单位联系人信息可在招聘平台上点击岗位进行查看。

　　Theinterviewpanelofeachunitwillcomprehensivelyreviewtheapplicant’sacademicbackground,workexperience,academicachievementsanddevelopmentpotentialtoshortlistcandidatesforinterview.AftertheshortlistedcandidatelistisreviewedandapprovedbytheSZUfacultypersonnelcommittee,eachunitwillorganizetheinterview.Theinterviewwillexaminecandidates’overallqualitiesincludingacademiclevel,researchabilityandteachingability.Eachunitwillnotifythecandidatesoftheirinterviewdate/time/location.Candidatescanviewcontactinformationforeachunitinthee-Recruitmentsystem.

　　面试时须同时提交如下资料：

　　(5)有职称的需提供专业技术资格证书;

　　(6)证明应聘人符合与岗位有关其他条件的材料;

　　(7)其他获奖、任职经历等证明材料(自愿提供)。

　　(3)Academicanddegreecertificates(originalcopyforverificationandonecopyforsubmission.Domesticgraduateswhohavenotyetobtainedthediplomashouldprovidetherecommendationform,theoriginaltranscriptandtheoriginalcopyoftheacademicanddegreecertificatesofthelastobtaineddegree.ApplicantsfromtheoverseasshouldprovidecertificatescertifiedbytheMinistryofEducationofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Applicantswhohavenotyetobtainedthecertificationshouldprovidedocumentsincludingthetranscript,acertificatespecifyinghis/heracademicstatusandgraduationtimeissuedbytheapplicant’sinstitutions).

　　五、录取结果公布及公示。

　　V.Recruitmentresultsandannouncement

　　面试结束后，由各单位向学校提出建议引进教师名单，学校人事工作教授委员会审议确定拟录用人选。拟录用人选经学校审批通过后将在深圳大学人才招聘网站公布，公示期7天。

　　EachunitsubmitsalistofqualifiedcandidatestotheUniversityaftertheinterview.Thefacultypersonnelcommitteewilldeliberateanddeterminethecandidatestobehired.AftertheapprovalfromtheUniversity,thesuccessfulcandidateswillbeannouncedontheUniversity’srecruitmentwebsiteforcommentsfor7days.

　　六、聘用

　　VI.Employment

　　拟录用人员经公示，没有投诉或经查投诉不实或不影响聘用的，按规定在公示结束的一年内办理聘用手续，逾期未办理入职手续者，将视为放弃岗位，不予录用。
