一、教研序列:教授/副教授/助理教授(10个岗位)
1.招聘方向

3)材料科学与工程(1):功能材料/软材料/导电聚合物传感器/功能磁性材料/超材料;
4)机械工程(2):固体结构力学/流体力学/流固耦合/空气动力学/计算力学/热力学/传热;
5)电气与电子工程(1):物理和MEMS传感、化学传感、生物特征和生物医学传感、多物理/多模态传感器仿真、计算传感、传感器网络和传感器融合;
6)计算机工程(1):计算机体系结构,通信和信息理论,分布式系统,网络优化,机器学习,雾计算和边缘计算,信号处理;
7)系统管理(1):管理科学/工业工程/运筹学/系统与控制/优化/决策科学。
2.岗位职责
1)以新工科教育模式,面向相关学科的研究生和本科生开展讲座、实践和辅导;
2)管理本科生和研究生;
3)在相关学科前沿建立强有力的研究项目,并从事其他学术活动;
4)协助学院、课程管理以及课程开发相关工作;
5)执行院长或其代表交办的其他工作。
3.招聘要求
1)具有相关学科博士学位;
2)具有相关的教学科研岗位任职经验;
3)在国际同行评议期刊上有良好的发表记录;
4)设计类职位的资格要求包括:
a)应征者应具有设计硕士或博士学位;
b)具有相关专业资格,并具有丰富的产品设计和开发行业经验。
I. Research and Teaching Professors: Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (10 posts)
1. Post Specification
1)Design(2): product design/human-centered and experience design/interactive design/media design/product system design;
2)Intelligent Manufacturing(2): control and optimization/robotics/factory automation/cyber-physical systems/distributed systems/autonomous systems;
3)Materials Science and Engineering(1): functional materials/soft materials/conducting polymer sensors/functional magnetic materials/metamaterials;
4)Mechanical Engineering(2): solid-structural mechanics/fluid mechanics/fluid-structure interaction/aerodynamics/computational mechanics/thermodynamics/heat transfer;
5) Electrical and Electronics Engineering(1): physical and MEMS sensing, chemical sensing, biometric and biomedical sensing, multi-physics/multi-modal sensor simulation, computational sensing, sensor network and sensor fusion;
6) Computer Engineering(1): computer architecture, communication and information theory, distributed systems, network optimization, machine learning, fog and edge computing, signal processing;
7) System Management(1): management science/industrial engineering/operations research/systems and control/optimization/decision science.
2. Duties
The appointee will be required to:
1) conduct lectures, practical sessions and tutorials at postgraduate and undergraduate levels in related disciplines with new engineering education methodology;
2) supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students;
3) establish a vigorous research programme at the cutting edge of related disciplinary, and engage in other scholarly activities;
4) contribute to school and programme administration as well as curriculum development;
5) perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of School or his/her delegates.
3. Qualifications
Applicants should:
1) have a PhD degree in related disciplines;
2) have relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and research;
3) have an excellent publication record in peer-reviewed international journals;
4) For the posts in Design, the qualifications include:
a) applicants should have Master's or PhD in Design;
b) a relevant professional qualification plus extensive industrial experience in product design and development.
