This position would be an excellent fit for someone looking to strengthen research skills before applying to graduate schools. Past RAs of the Lab have been admitted to top international Ph.D. programs. 岗位职责：

* Deep involvement in empirical/experimental research on the psychology of judgment & decision making, and the psychology of creative behaviors and problem-solving.

* Deep involvement in the classroom teaching practices

招聘条件：

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or other behavioral-science based disciplines (e.g., marketing, management, human resources, etc.);

* Interest in pursuing advanced degrees in various areas related to behavioral sciences;

* Experience in drafting papers and making presentations in English;

* Familiarity with experimental methodology and multivariate statistics;

* Familiarity with common statistical software;

* Ability to support professors in administration duties;

* Responsible, outgoing, & resilient
